We at Polyparts Sdn. Bhd. recognize our business and social responsibility in maximizing our efforts in the environmental protection through continual improvement in our manufacturing operation within the EMS scope of registration.

Therefore, we are committed to:

1. Fulfil its compliance obligations such as EQA 1974 (Act 127) and other subscribed requirements.
2. Protection of pollution through:
   • Forbid the use of prohibited substances contained in materials and products
   • Minimize generation of wastes and release of pollutants
   • Optimize the usage of natural resources at all times
3. Continually improve our environmental performance by setting and reviewing objectives periodically.

The Safety & Health Policy of our company is to create a safe and healthy working environment for all our members of the organization in accordance with the following principles:

1. To establish and support Safety & Health Committee in implementing guidelines in accordance to and full compliance with OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT 1994.
2. To encourage all members of the organization to be safety & health conscious and practice safe working habits at all times.
3. To provide training and to educate all members of the organization, contractors and visitors to elevate the safety awareness, recognition of safety & health hazards at workplace.
4. To identify, analyze & eliminate unsafe practices to prevent possible mishaps to all members of the organization and to respond & effectively manage incidents, accidents and emergencies.
5. To ensure usage of personal protective equipment at designated areas.
6. To maintain excellent sanitary & hygiene conditions and good housekeeping within the company’s premises.
